This project consisted of the rehabilitation of a building that was completely degraded and in poor condition, with rotting wooden floors and several settlements of the building's resistant walls. Consequently, a deep structural intervention was necessary to reinforce the stone walls in order to support them and to level the structure of the new floors to be built.
The structural solution adopted was the execution of collaborative slab floors on floors 1 and 2, and wooden structure on floors 3 and the roof.
The biggest challenge of this endeavor was structural reinforcement, as it required containment of the existing building.
